- Xerox copy of Registration Certificate/Admit Card/Marksheet/ Pass Certificate / Passport Size Photo / Original T.C./C.C/School Leaving Certificate.
For Other Equivalent Boards
Filled admission form attatched with prospectus duly read and signed carefully by the guardian student.
